Ordering Procedure:
As our company trades exclusively online, all orders must be placed through our website. Orders by phone, fax, or email cannot be processed.
PLEASE NOTE, you can only register or login as a CUSTOMER, as this allows you to save and recall your favourite products, and also print out historical invoices etc.

All orders must be fully paid online by your Credit Card or Debit Card, via STRIPE, at the time of order placement.

Goods incorrectly supplied or Faulty Goods:
Such goods will be exchanged at no cost to the customer. This includes all postage charges associated with re-supply of replacements & the return of goods incorrectly supplied.
NB: Returned goods must be complete & in the condition as supplied & must be returned within 14 days of date of order receipt. Goods returned outside 14 days may be replaced at our discretion only.
Goods incorrectly ordered by the Customer:
Please be advised that all our cards are manufactured ‘to order’. Hence your orders are custom-produced to your exact requirements. EVERY order is CUSTOM PRODUCED for you, the customer.
FOR THIS REASON, GOODS INCORRECTLY ORDERED BY CUSTOMERS, WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO CREDIT OR EXCHANGE
HENCE, please take time to select your cards correctly in the first instance.
DOUBLE DELIVERIES DUE TO NON-ATTENDANCE AT PROPERTY. If goods are delivered during normal business hours & premises are unattended, we reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee. This will only occur if the courier charges us FOR a second delivery fee.
NOTE: If premises are going to be unattended, goods can be left but only at the customers request. However the customer will take total responsibility for missing goods.
